All calorie estimates, health feedback, food suggestions, and nutritional analyses generated by Poofi are based on AI interpretations and external databases. They may not be fully accurate or applicable to your specific health needs.

By using Poofi, you agree that you are solely responsible for your dietary choices and health decisions. Poofi shall not be held liable for any health issues, weight changes, or outcomes resulting from the use of the app.

Subscription Terms

Subscriptions provided by Poofi are auto-renewing. The subscription fee will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, at the cost of the chosen package. You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.

Free Trial

Free trials are offered at Poofi’s discretion and are subject to any terms specified at the time of the trial. At the end of the trial period, the subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24-hours before the end of the trial period.

Restrictions

You are specifically restricted from all of the following: Publishing any app material in any other media; selling, sublicensing, and/or otherwise commercializing any app material; publicly performing and/or showing any app material; using this app in any way that is or may be damaging to this app.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Poofi, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this app.

Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Poofi from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Cancellation Policy

Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period, and you will be downgraded to the free service.
