Subscription Terms

Subscriptions provided by Looma are auto-renewing. The subscription fee will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, at the cost of the chosen package. You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.

Free Trial

Free trials are offered at Looma’s discretion and are subject to any terms specified at the time of the trial. At the end of the trial period, the subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24-hours before the end of the trial period.

Restrictions

You are specifically restricted from all of the following: Publishing any app material in any other media; selling, sublicensing, and/or otherwise commercializing any app material; publicly performing and/or showing any app material; using this app in any way that is or may be damaging to this app.
